Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing:Â Collaborate with our team to brainstorm and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including graphic design, website updates, social media campaigns, newsletters, and more.
Content Creation:Â Develop engaging content for our social media channels, blog posts, and newsletters to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Media Relations:Â Promote projects through local and national print and web publications and submit entries to industry competitions to increase brand exposure.
Performance Evaluation:Â Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Client Engagement:Â Strengthen relationships with current clients and cultivate new ones through strategic communication and networking initiatives.
Trend Analysis:Â Stay abreast of the latest trends in social media, SEO, and industry-related topics to keep our marketing efforts fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
Technical Proficiency:Â Skilled in the use of social media platforms, video/media editing software, and general computer applications.
Creative Skills:Â Strong capabilities in photography and videography, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Industry Passion:Â A strong interest and appreciation for residential design and marketing within this sector.
