02 :: architectural design
For homeowners who already have a general contractor in mind and are looking for a designer to complement your team, we got you. Our design-only approach allows you the flexibility to work with the general contractor of your choice, while we remain available for site visits and consultations with the contractor as needed after the completion of the design phase.
Our architectural and interior design services include conceptual design, architectural drawings, 3D renderings, material sourcing, specification and procurement, construction documentation, construction administration, and structural engineering when required.
